All of our service prices are specific to each individual property size and any special needs.

Our goal is to have standard fertilizer treatments every 6 to 8 weeks with exception to winter. Sometimes this will vary a week or 2 due to weather or time of year. Brown patch prevention treatments are approximately every 4 weeks (28 days).

We only offer mowing services to our treatment customers so that we are not transporting weeds from non-treated lawns to our customers who are paying to not have weeds. Additionally we only offer weekly mowing to ensure our employees are taken care of and our lawns look the best.

For recurring services such as mowing, you will be billed at the end of the month for any and all work completed. For treatment or “project” customers we typically bill once a week. In either situation, you may pay by credit/ debit card, ACH bank transfer, or by mailing a check.

No, all of our treatments are pay as you go. Our quotes will have a line item number for each treatment showing what each specific treatment costs and at the bottom is a total for a full year of service. The total is just for reference.
